Lot of three albumen cabinet card photographs dating circa 1860s to 1880s, each depicting female sitters posed with photograph albums. One shows a young child standing beside a small table with an open album. Another portrays a seated young woman holding a large decorated album against a studio pedestal. The third depicts a standing woman beside a table displaying a small framed photograph, with a photograph album resting beneath.

Photographer imprints are visible on two mounts. One reads Phillips, La Fayette, Ind., with ornate printed back including references to an instantaneous process. Another reads Swan & Turnbull, West Side Gallery, Nevada, Mo. The third mount is printed A. C. Norton, Photographer and Jeweler, Monona, Iowa, with manuscript inscription on the verso reading Janie Tilden (Hindley).

Mounts feature printed studio advertising and decorative typography. Several versos include penciled dates and inventory notations.
