Six ferrotype portraits of unidentified women comprise this group lot, each captured in a distinct studio setting characteristic of the 1870s and 1880s. The format varies slightly across examples but all are standard gem-to-whole-plate tintypes, unattributed to any photographer or studio. The subjects range from solo figures to a trio grouping, offering visual variety within a cohesive period.

Recurring props include a painted rural landscape backdrop with a farmhouse and fence, a pedestal table, and a picket fence prop used across multiple images. One image shows two women standing at a whitewashed fence railing, one wearing a white apron. The trio portrait features two women in feathered hats with a third seated and holding an open book or document, with a furled umbrella visible nearby. The sixth image places a solitary woman in three-quarter profile before a painted interior with a curtained window and console table.

Dark fitted bodices with button-front closures, layered skirts with fringe and ruffle trim, and tightly center-parted hair appear consistently across the group, firmly anchoring all six images within the Gilded Age aesthetic. No photographer imprints are visible on any example.
