Printed card stock. The reverse specifically names the Apollo-Hal in Amsterdam and dates the exhibition to October–November 1935.



Visible details include the technician or presenter holding tools or tubing while adjusting a transparent torso model that reveals ribs, internal organs, and branching vessels. The man’s hair is slicked back and he wears a dark tie beneath the coat. The glass figure is suspended or supported upright, with cables or wires visible around the torso. The front caption reads “Hoe de glazen mensch ontstond.” On the reverse, the exhibition heading “TENTOONSTELLING ‘DE MENSCH’” is printed, along with the organizer credit to Weekblad “Het Leven,” the venue “APOLLO-HAL AMSTERDAM,” and the run dates “4 October - 3 November 1935.”



The front bears the printed text: “Hoe de glazen mensch ontstond.”. The reverse reads: “TENTOONSTELLING ‘DE MENSCH’ … APOLLO-HAL AMSTERDAM … 4 October - 3 November 1935.”. Handwritten inscriptions read: pencil notations at right margin including a date-like “11/6/04” and a short code-like word; no addressed message written.
