Six midget performers in elaborate eighteenth-century-style costumes pose on a tiered stage platform before an oversized ornate clock prop showing the hands near midnight, the backdrop hung with a draped curtain embellished with scattered dot patterns. The photograph is a real photo postcard format, produced as a souvenir item for Schneider's Lilliputters Stad, a Dutch-language little people performance troupe. The figures wear powdered wigs with curled side rolls, fitted bodices with lace trim, and full satin skirts, while others are costumed in knee breeches, ruffled jabot shirts, and decorative waistcoats. Arms are extended outward mid-gesture, and facial expressions are animated and directed toward the camera.

Schneider's Lilliputters Stad was a traveling European variety troupe composed of little people performers who staged theatrical and dance productions across the Netherlands and Belgium during the mid-twentieth century. The Cinderella-themed clock setting and period costuming reflect the ensemble productions for which the troupe was known.

The reverse bears the printed Dutch text "Als Aandenken aan Schneider's Lilliputters stad," meaning "As a souvenir of Schneider's Lilliputters stad," alongside a red circular stamp reading "Schneider's Lilliputters Stad" with interior text noting "Bewust Professioneel." A handwritten notation reads "COLAEZ 11/5/05 Rde B."
