Exceptional cabinet card image of a costumed Wild West female performer photographed by the legendary Charles Eisenmann. This woman strikes a commanding pose with her rifle in hand, one foot perched on a faux rock, dressed in a fringed leather skirt and jacket trimmed with fur, moccasin boots, beaded leggings, and a broad-brimmed western hat.

She is clearly posed for theatrical effect, likely part of a traveling show or dime museum attraction, possibly associated with acts like Buffalo Bill's Wild West or similar performers of the era.

Eisenmann, who operated out of 229 Bowery in New York City, was famous for his photographs of performers, sideshow acts, and other curiosities in the 1880s and 1890s. His name is printed on both the front and back of the mount, which is in excellent condition with pink and red borders. The image itself is clean and richly toned.

An outstanding portrait of a rare female frontier entertainer, captured in classic Eisenmann style.
